In this class, I'll open up your world and palate to new flavors in both the food you're ordering and the wine you're drinking.
Wine Cellar Curation
Even the biggest wine aficionados need help stocking and maintaining their wine cellars. So much goes into ensuring wines are properly stored in the right light and correct temperatures, labeled to be opened at their peak ages, etc. I am available to consult on your private wine cellar or if you're looking to start a wine cellar, I'm here to help you get started on the right track.
